Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened,
and I will give you rest.

Mental Health Connect
Trinity has a long history of supporting mental health in our faith community and outside our doors. In 2026, we joined Mental Health Connection (MHC), a collaborative of faith communities, working together to help destigmatize mental illness to make sure all people can find the free, customized, and confidential help they need. MHC offers free education events and access to a navigation support line for free, individualized, and confidential support. Learn more at Mental Health Connect.
Trinity directly supports mental well-being with pastoral care, educational events, and a Hope in Loss service during Advent. Our main focus areas include connectedness, supporting an aging population, grief, and reducing stigma.
