Transitions can be difficult. Care in Transitions offers the loving presence of God to parishioners in need through one on one listening, support, affirmation and prayer. Our members have experienced grieving, unemployment, divorce, depression, recovery of chemical dependency, dysfunctional families, widowhood, and dying. We visit shut-ins, the sick and dying, and provide for ongoing support of people's needs within our parish.
