Ready for Success (RFS) was founded as a community outreach project of Trinity Church in 1997. RFS was so successful that it was moved under the umbrella of Episcopal Community Services (ECS) in Minneapolis in 2001 and has served more than 5500 low-income women entering or returning to the workplace.

RFS provides low-income women with new or gently-used professional clothing, accessories and new personal care items suitable for job interviews and the workplace.

Trinity Church parishioners remain deeply involved in RFS which constantly welcomes new volunteers from Trinity and from all over the Twin Cities metro area.  Ready for success is unique from other clothing programs or ministries in many ways, offering:

• Individual appointments
• Personal shoppers for each client
• Accessories and personal care items
• Return visits to build a seasonal wardrobe
• Boutique style atmosphere
